    Privacy

    Effective date: August 10, 2026

TimeLogic API processes the information needed to operate the website, authenticate accounts, provide the API, prevent abuse, and complete billing. This notice describes the direct TimeLogic API website and service. RapidAPI customers may also be subject to RapidAPI's own privacy notice.

    Information we receive

    • Account information: email address, account identifiers, session records, plan and subscription identifiers, and API-key metadata needed to manage a direct account. We do not display an API secret again after it is issued.
    • API and operational data: request route, timing, status, approximate network information, and usage counters used for quotas, security, troubleshooting, and service operations. Selector values such as an IP address or coordinates are processed when you request a lookup.
    • Billing information: Stripe or Stripe Managed Payments processes payment details. TimeLogic API receives billing and subscription identifiers and status, not full card numbers.
    • Support messages: information you include when you contact support or enterprise support.

    Google Analytics

Visitors in the listed consent jurisdictions are shown a consent prompt before the Google Analytics tag can load. The site uses one browser request to ipwho.is to determine the country and city, then stores that coarse result in a first-party tl_geo cookie for up to 30 days so it does not repeat the location request on every page or during checkout. In other regions, analytics may start automatically, but you can decline or withdraw analytics at any time. Google Analytics helps us understand aggregate page views, browser/device categories, referrers, and general usage patterns so we can improve the site and documentation. We do not send API keys, bearer credentials, or API request bodies to Google Analytics.

The tl_geo cookie contains only the country code, country name, region code when available, city, and fetch time. It is used to select the consent experience and to prefill the optional checkout location choice. It is not used as proof of billing residence or stored as an analytics profile.

Google may process analytics data on its own systems under its Privacy Policy. You can change your choice at any time with Analytics preferences in the site footer, or by clearing this site's local storage.

    Cookies and local storage

The site uses essential Cloudflare security mechanisms and session cookies for sign-in. The analytics choice is stored locally in your browser as a preference. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.

    Service providers

Cloudflare provides hosting, edge execution, email delivery, and storage services used by the website and API. Stripe provides checkout and subscription billing. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy notices. MaxMind's GeoLite2 database helps map an IP selector to timezone information; the lookup result is not used by us to create a separate identity profile.

    Retention and rights

We retain account, billing, security, and usage records for as long as needed to provide the service, enforce plan limits, resolve disputes, comply with law, and maintain auditability. Retention varies by record type. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal information, subject to legal and operational exceptions.
