    Terms of Use

    Effective date: August 10, 2026

    These terms govern your use of the TimeLogic API website, direct account console, API keys, and direct plans. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use TimeLogic API through RapidAPI, RapidAPI's platform terms and billing rules also apply.

    1. Accounts and API keys

    Provide an email address you control and keep your sign-in links, session, and API keys secure. You are responsible for activity made with your account or keys. Store keys server-side, do not publish them in browser bundles or source control, and rotate or revoke a key if it may be exposed.

    2. Plans, quotas, and billing

    Direct plans, prices, and monthly request limits are shown on the pricing page. The Free plan does not require a card. Paid plans are billed through Stripe or Stripe Managed Payments. When a subscription starts between monthly billing dates, Stripe calculates the monetary partial-period amount and the full current-month API entitlement is made available after the account and payment webhooks confirm activation. Renewals follow the displayed billing schedule.

    Plan limits are measured by the service's usage records and may be enforced with a short eventual-consistency delay. We may suspend access for unpaid invoices, abuse, security concerns, or a materially overdue account. Cancellations and plan changes take effect according to the checkout and billing confirmation shown in your account; any refund or tax treatment is handled under the applicable payment-provider rules and law.

    3. Acceptable use

    You may use the service for lawful personal, commercial, and internal applications. Do not:

    • use the service to violate law, privacy, intellectual-property, or security rights;
    • probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass authentication, quotas, or safety controls;
    • use another person's account or credentials;
    • resell, sublicense, or white-label the service without written permission; or
    • submit sensitive personal information when a selector or request does not require it.

    4. Data and accuracy

    Time and timezone information depends on IANA releases, geolocation data, network conditions, and upstream systems. The API is designed to be useful and consistent, but it may contain errors, delays, or unavailable routes. Validate results and keep an independent fallback when your application requires one.

    5. Availability and changes

    The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change endpoints, limits, documentation, prices, or supported transports; material changes will be communicated where required. We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect the service, customers, or legal obligations.

    6. Intellectual property

    TimeLogic API, its documentation, trademarks, software, and service design remain the property of TimeLogic API LLC or its licensors. You retain rights to your application and data. The SDK repositories and generated clients are licensed as stated in their repositories.

    7. Disclaimers and liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TimeLogic API disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
